A good value for money property located in a quiet residential area with easy access to Brighton centre. Ample free parking space available to all guests.

By Car: From London or M25 take the M23/A23 all the way to Brighton, then follow the signs for the seafront. On reaching the Brighton Pier roundabout take the third exit and drive west, with the seafront on your left hand side of the main seafront road, the A259 named Kings Road. You will find the hotel on your right just after West Pier and opposite the band stand.

Limited car parking is offered by the hotel on a chargeable first come first served basis. The front desk is manned 24 hours. Key cards must be shown to obtain keys.
